Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.

• You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.


No Refunds for Change of Mind or Price Differences

Please note that we do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the purchase or find a cheaper price elsewhere. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before completing your order.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at oliiveway@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at oliiveway@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

• Personal care items (such as beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about specific items.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, shipping costs and shipping protection are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted where applicable.

 

Logistics & Return Address

Please note that our returns are handled by our third-party logistics partner, whose fulfillment center is located in China. While we are a U.S.-based company, this arrangement allows us to efficiently manage global inventory and offer a wider range of products. As such, all approved returns must be sent to our designated return facility in China.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
